Three Ultrasonic Modes

TI-H models can be operated in three modes, each optimized for a different task: Sweep mode for cleaning, Normal mode for mixing/dispersing, and Degas mode for degassing the cleaning liquid (to speed up the cleaning process).X

Power Tracking

All units are microprocessor-controlled with an electronic feedback loop that enables the generator to maintain constant ultrasonic power in the bath regardless of load.X

Timer

The timer can be set from 1-15 minutes or to permanent operation with switch-off by hand.X

Dual Frequency Operation

TI-H units are dual-frequency models; MF2 units run at either 25 or 45 kHz, and MF3 units run at either 35 or 130 kHz. Lower frequencies are for strong, intensive cleaning, while higher frequencies are for gentle cleaning of sensitive surfaces or parts with very small features and crevices.X

Heater

All TI-H line models have an adjustable digital thermostat that can be set up to 80°C. The ceramic heaters are dry-run proof, however, ultrasonic units should never be operated without liquid in the tank.X

Drain

All TI-H line models have a rear drain with a 2-way ½" ball valve for quick tank emptying.X

Variable Power

The ultrasonic power is adjustable from 10-100% with stepless regulation allowing you to set the intensity of the ultrasonic process to suit the properties of the materials being cleaned or mixed. Power can be reduced for fragile items or increased for durable surfaces.X
